xAn emissary from the deep, Greifen. Based on an original illustration by Tomotake Kinoshita, Greifen is the first aquatic model to join the Frame Arms line! The model's head is covered with a large visor and the shoulder armor is outfitted with propellers. The unique rough silhouette is designed to withstand changes in water pressure, and is accented by a unique "backpack." Greifen is a truly unique Frame Arms model with features designed for underwater combat and exploration. This model is composed of completely new parts based on an illustration by Tomotake Kinoshita. The arms and legs are equipped with hidden sub-arms to serve various purposes. The included weapons can be held in the model's hands or attached to various points on the model's body using the attachment parts. As a novel addition to the Frame Arms line, Greifen is not only fun to assemble, but also brings tons of new possibilities for customization.

We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.
Shipping
If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search in your inbox for “Galactic Toys”. Please note, all delivery windows are estimates, as couriers can be impacted by delays. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thank you.

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.
