This figure enables free customization through its 3mm diameter joints on arms and legs, which can equip Frame Arms and other weaponry with 3mm ports. The Woodpecker's cockpit opens and closes, and the included early Governor (with a newly designed head sculpt) can ride inside. The sensor section of the cockpit can also be opened and closed. An open-type cockpit canopy is also included, so it can be ridden by Frame Arms Girls figures too. The Woodpecker can be displayed on a flying base (sold separately), and it's molded in the same dark metal color as the Bulk Arm Alpha.
