Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Galactic Toys, you will have first priority from our shipment. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive stock.

Below is some useful information about our pre-order policy:

- Orders containing multiple items that include both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock items shipped immediately and the remaining pre-orders ship when ALL pre-orders in the order have arrived.

- All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase, not shipment, and locks you in, giving you top priority over everyone else

- All release dates are estimates from the supplier/manufacturer and are subject to possible delays and cancellations, if an item was canceled by the manufacturer, we will cancel and refund all pre-orders for that item.

- A pre-order can be canceled for up to a 20% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.
