We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. Great little kit

This was more of an impulse buy than a must have so I didn't have any preset expectations. I had a lot fun building this! Most of the decals work well. The kits is noticably smaller then all my other HG kits which was surprising.
