Returns Policy

We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

Shipping

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.
