Cancellation Policy

If you have just placed an order and it has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@galactictoys.com. Please include your order number and put “CANCEL” in the subject line to help us locate and process your request as quickly as possible.

If your order has already shipped before we can review your request, you may still return the item; however, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests will be processed before an order ships, especially during high-volume periods. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders that have already shipped may be returned at your expense.

Pre-Order Cancellations:
Pre-orders may be canceled, but are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method:
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to refund to an alternate card or account.
If the original payment method is no longer active, we can issue your refund as in-store credit. Please notify us before the refund is processed if your payment method has changed. If a refund has already been issued and the original account is closed, we are unable to recover or redirect the refunded funds.
