In-stock Terms & Conditions

Fulfillment
In-stock orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days under most circumstances but can sometimes be delayed during our busiest times of the year.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on delivery method selected, time of the year, weather and other factors.

Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Pre-order items are products available for purchase that are available for shipment at a later date. These dates are subject to change by manufacturer delays, or subject to cancellation with full refund in the extreme case of supplier shortages. Pre-orders can be canceled for up to a 20% cancellation fee.

Payment
In exchange for occasional discounts and to help alleviate any delay in shipping as items become available, pre-order products are charged in full when your order is first placed.

Fulfillment
Upon arrival of new pre-order products at our warehouse, we will process any pre-order and send a email notification with tracking information.

Purchasing Multiple Items

Orders Containing Both Pre-order and In-stock Items
Orders containing multiple items that include both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock items shipped immediately and the remaining pre-orders ship when ALL pre-orders in the order have arrived.

Orders Containing Multiple Pre-order Items
Orders containing multiple pre-order items, will ship when ALL pre-orders have arrived.
If you no longer wish to wait, please contact support@galactictoys.com to discuss arrangements to ship pre-orders that are available early and any additional shipping fees that may be required.

Arrival Dates & Cancellations
Arrival dates are projections based on manufacturers and distributors estimates and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund pre-orders in the rare case we don't receive enough of the pre-ordered item or we are unable to confirm if we will receive the items.
