Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Pre-order items are products available for purchase that are available for shipment at a later date. These dates are subject to change by manufacturer delays, or subject to cancellation with full refund in the extreme case of supplier shortages. Pre-orders can be canceled for up to a 20% cancellation fee.

Payment
In exchange for occasional discounts and to help alleviate any delay in shipping as items become available, pre-order products are charged in full when your order is first placed.

Fulfillment
Upon arrival of new pre-order products at our warehouse, we will process any pre-order and send a email notification with tracking information.

Purchasing Multiple Items

Orders Containing Both Pre-order and In-stock Items
Orders containing multiple items that include both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock items shipped immediately and the remaining pre-orders ship when ALL pre-orders in the order have arrived.
