We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. Very big and bulky, just as the Seravee should be. Out of all the lead season 2 Gundams, this has the second best looking face, behind the arios and in front of the 00, then Cherudim. The knees have a suprisingly good bend and the ball joint hips have an omnidirectional swivel that most HGs don't have, so it's actually better than a standard peg. It is a bit disappointing that the yellow add-on parts aren't color separated, but it is understandable considering the 4-color limit. It's also lacking a left open hand or fist, which the others cam with and it doesn't have any beam sabers, let alone 6 of them. Though I guess you get two with the Seraphim...
