We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. An oldie but goodie

An older kit but is simplistic in design but brings to life what any O.G Gundam fan thought the gun cannon should look like in master grade form. It is definitely a product of its original release date but still holds up
