We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. It's the Guntank, so you shouldn't expect any accessories. However, one thing I didn't notice until it was pointed out to me, is that the cockpit window glows under a blacklight, which is an especially cool detail one wouldn't think to look for, and while the treads themselves may be stationary the upper body's articulation is, again, as decent as you can expect from the Guntank aside from the aforementioned treads.

The colors are spot on, except for the pilot who you can paint if you want. Simple fun build overall.
