We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days. Shipping

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. Prompt shipping, details are good

The Ceruledge figurine is a very nice posable model. Overall it is very nice. The only complaint I heard was the facial design is done with stickers which detracts a little bit but is understandable given the size and price.

It still looks really cool.
