We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days. Shipping

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.

Came in a reasonable amount of time, the packaging was perfect they took extra time and care to make sure the profuct did not get damaged. Specially with how it was wrapped double bubble wrap and boxed, was very happy with that. And being in the tcg community for over a decade now I can say without a doubt no reseals or tampering with the product its like they took it from package to wrap to box and ship. Hopefully this stays the same as this is a hot product and i will be using them again
