Returns Policy

We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.

Shipping

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. Extra fees added

The price of the product was good but I wasn't aware that they were going to add a city, state, and mta transit fee which I have no idea what that is. It would be nice if they offered free shipping.

Product was in good condition. No issues! Took way longer than the 2 day shipping. Was closer to a week and a half. However I don’t blame the shipper for that. As weather and transportation seemed more likely.
