We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.

If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. Great deal!

Kill Team shipped quickly and was in great condition on arrival. Easy to assemble and was fun to paint. Weapons are pre-decided, but you can choose whether each character has a helmet on or not. Despite the Space Marines being a base color of blue, I was able to prime them in grey and make them a completely different color. Would shop from here again!
